昌宁大叶茶、源头茶两个茶树品种水浸出物大于 45% ，氨基酸 2.87% 、咖啡碱 4.29% 茶多酚 32.31% 。
The water extracts of two tea varieties, Changning Daye Tea and Yuantou Tea, are more than 45%, with 2.87% amino acids, 4.29% caffeine and 32.31% tea polyphenols.
