我司自2020年初开始准备绿色工厂的认证工作,公司成立了“绿色工厂创建工作小组”,总经理亲自担任组长,在总经理的带领下,LG甬兴人不畏艰苦、弹精竭虑地寻找并落实绿色改造项目。在大家的共同努力下,我司先后入选宁波市绿色工厂和浙江省绿色工厂。开展绿色工厂创建工作以来,在环保、节能等领域成效显著。
Our companyhasbeen preparing forthe certificationof GreenFactory since thebeginning of 2020.We haveestablisheda"GreenFactoryCreationWorkingGroup",withtheGeneralManagerserved astheteam leader.Undertheladershipof theGeneralManager,LGYongxingpeplearetirelesslysearching forand implementing green transformation projects withoutfear ofhardship.Withthe joint efforts of every employee,our companyhas been selected asa Green Factory in NingboCity and a GreenFactory in ZhejiangProvinceSincetheestablishmentfGreenFactorySchemesignificantachievementshavebeen madeinenvironmentalprotection andenergy conservation etc.

生产部门通过掺配尾气管线优化,使高低浓度尾气合理分布,减少燃料的同时,减少了风机的电力消耗,
每年可节省标煤约290吨。
The productiondepartment optimizes the distribution of high and low concentration exhaust gas throughblending thepipelines,andreducesfuel consumption and electricity consumption of fans as well,which can save about290tonsofstandardcoalperyear.
水处理部门通过增设污泥干化机,将含水率高的污泥进行脱水干燥,减少污泥危废的产生量。
Thewatertreatment department adds sludge dryingmachinesto dehydrate and dry sludge withhigh moisture content,toreduce theproduction of hazardous sludge waste.
技术部门开发出了使用回收原料的PCR-ABS产品,通过在产品中添加一定比例的回收材料,严格管控生产品质,确保品质稳定,实现碳减排的同时有效满足了客户的特殊需求。

为进一步提升产品的核心竞争力与服务的高效便捷性,扩大影响力,决定将特殊ABS树脂国产化,地点即位于书藏古今,港通天下的宁波工厂一一LG甬兴规划产能为5万吨/年,于2023年3月底正式试生产
In order to further enhance the core competitiveness of our products togetherwith theefficiencyand convenienceofour services,and to enlarge ourinfluence,the company decided to localize the special ABS resin. The location is LG Yongxing Ningbo Factory(Ningbo is a city rich in culture and also is an important trading port),with a planned capacityof50oo0 tons per year.It will officially start trial production at the end of March,2023.
耐热ABS
相较于通用级ABS,耐热ABS有更高的热变形温度、更高的维卡软化点,具有优良的热稳定性、良好的加工性以及涂覆性。
主要应用领域为汽车部件与电子电器。

Compared with general ABS,heatresistant ABS has a higher thermal deformation temperature,higher softening point,excellent thermal stability,and good process and coating ability,which are mainly used for automotivecomponents and electronic appliances.

ABS电镀是通过电解在工件表面沉积金属或合金,形成均匀、致密、结合良好的金属层的过程,称为电镀。简单理解就是物理和化学的变化或结合。ABS电镀技术的应用一般将其用于以下目的:防腐蚀;保护性装饰;耐磨性。主要应用领域为汽车部件与电子电器。
ABSelectroplating is the process of depositing metal oralloy on the surface ofa work piece through electrolysis,forming a uniform,dense,and well bonded metal layer,which is called electroplating.A simple understanding is the change or combination ofphysics and chemistry.TheABS electroplating technology is generallyused in the following areas:corrosionprevention, protective decoration,wear resistance.This is mainly used for automotive components and electronic appliances.

ASA是丙烯酸酯类橡胶体与丙烯腈、苯乙烯的接枝共聚物。ASA材料不但可抵抗紫外线照射引起的降解、老化、褪色,同时对大气中的氧化过程引起的分解或变色有了坚强保障,极大的提升了材料的抗老化与耐侯性能。

2023年7月25日,我司举行了新建ABSDCS控制室项目工暨启用仪式。仪式邀请了我司总经理鲜于志洪先生、副总经理许军先生等高层领导参加并为新ABS控制室剪彩。
On July 25,2023,our company helda completion and opening ceremony for thenewly built ABS DCS control room project. Executives of the company such as Mr.Sunwoo, the General Manager of our company,and Mr.Xu,the Deputy General Manager,were invited to attend the ceremony and carry out ribbon-cutting of the new ABS control room.

剪彩仪式结束后,ABS工程技术Team田生能总监为参加活动的领导介绍新ABS控制室。我司建设的新ABS控制室吊顶、墙面等装饰材料全部采用A级不燃材料,在保证防火抗爆的前提下维持了整体装修的现代感。控制室操作台采用弧形设计,CCTV大屏采用铝板包边,是一个集现代化操作与指挥调度于一体的控制中心;除此之外,可调节的灯光亮度、舒适的室内环境与合理的场所布置也改善了控制室员工的工作环境,提高了他们的工作幸福感。

我司于2023年8月3日正式获得德国莱茵TUV颁发的IATF16949汽车质量管理体系证书。证书的颁发,意味着我司产品获得了进军汽车行业的通行证
Our company officially obtained IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System Certificate issued by Germany TUVRhinelandonAugust3,2023. The issuance of the certificate means that our company's products got a permit to enter into the automobile industry.
2022年品保Team接到IATF16949体系认证的任务。即使ISO9001体系已稳定运行20年,但对从未接触过汽车产品质量管理体系的我们来说,这依旧是一项挑战。众所周知,汽车的产品质量决定了乘坐人员是否安全,一点小问题也可能造成重大事故,所以汽车行业的质量管理体系无疑采用更严格的标准。
整个IATF16949体系更侧重于对顾客需求的识别和评审,并传递到产品生产和交付的全过程,关注并满足顾客的特殊要求,以提高顾客满意度;在基于过程的风险分析评价(FMEA)下,持续改进产品的生产,以满足顾客要求为核心设定各个流程绩效目标,持续关注运营业绩,不断地改进过程绩效指标,最终实现降本增效。这也是我司现在的发展方向。

在过去的近一年时间里,我们成立推进体系构筑的TFT小组,从ISO9001升级为IATF16949。最终在大家的共同努力下,完整的IATF16949体系建立起来,并在2023年4\~6月期间通过了两个阶段的现场审核,8月正式拿到认证证书。
IATF16949:2016体系的认证标志着我司在质量管理体系上的又一次飞升,更高的要求、标准,需要我们更严格地管理和进一步地完善。希望此次转变能让LG甬兴的品质管理更上一层楼,打造出更好的质量口碑,赢得更多的客户信赖和满意!
In2022,the quality assuranceteamreceived the task of preparing IATF 16949 certification.Even though ISO9001hasbeen in stable operationfor20years,it is stilla challenge for uswho have never involved in automobile product quality management systems.It is knownthatthequalityofautomobileproducts determined the safety of passengers,and even a small problem could cause major accidents.Therefore,the quality management system of theautomobileindustry undoubtedly takes higher standards.
The entire IATF 16949 system focuses more on identifying and reviewing customer needs,and transmitting them throughout the entire process of productproduction and delivery,paying attention to and meeting customer specific requirements toimprove customer satisfaction;Under the process based risk analysis and evaluation (FMEA),continuous production improvement isachievedbysettingvariousprocess performancegoalswithmeetingcustomerrequirements as the core,continuously focusing on operational performance, continuously improving process performance indicators,and ultimately achieving cost saving and efficiencyincrease.This is also the current development direction of our company.
In thepastyear,wehave set up aTFT team topromote related work for system establishment,upgrading from ISO9001 toIATF 16949.Witheveryone'sjointefforts, thecompletedIATF16949systemwasestablishedand passed twostagesof sitereview fromApril toJune 2023.Thecertificationcertificate was officiallygranted in August.
The certification of IATF 16949:2016systemmarks another leap in our quality management system,with higherrequirements and standards thatrequire us to managemore strictly and improve further.Ihope this transformation could take LG Yongxing's quality management tothe next level,wina better quality reputation,and obtain more customer trust and satisfaction

高压细水雾灭火系统
二氧化碳具有室息致死性,为了防止MCC内的二氧化碳灭火系统误动作造成人员伤亡,LG甬兴累计投资700万元将各MCC二氧化碳灭火系统更换为高压细水雾灭火系统,新系统更换完成后将消除人员室息风险,且系统清洁高效、维护简单、操作便捷,促进应急管理工作安全健康可持续发展。
人员在岗在位管理系统
根据《宁波市危化企业数字化安全管理平台建设指导意见》等法规要求建设完成人员定位系统,共发放员工定位卡760张,承包商定位卡500张,系统软硬件均运行正常稳定,既能实现实时监控和轨迹回放功能,也为智能巡检、现场作业和辅助应急等提供支撑,进一步提升公司安全生产水平。
应急管理体系标准化
根据《危险化学品企业生产安全事故应急准备指南》(应急厅【2019]62号)的内容要求开展公司应急管理体系标准化建设,依据应急准备工作表对13个应急要素逐项自查,梳理体系现状,排查出若干问题项并制定了针对性改善对策,使体系合规标准化运行,增强公司应急处置能力。

According to the"Guidance Comments onthe Construction of DigitalSafety Management Platform for Hazardous Chemical Enterprises in Ningbo City” and other regulatory requirements,the company completed a personnel positioning system.A total of 760 employee positioning cards and 500 contractor positioning cardshave been issued.The system's software andhardware arerunning normally and stably,whichcan achieverealtime monitoring and track playback functions,as well as provide support for intelligent inspections,site operations,and auxiliary emergencyresponse,further improving the company's safety production level.

LG甬兴致力于建造绿色清净的工厂,将水质污染物治理和排放达标作为公司环境保护工作的重要内容。
为追求实现更加清洁的自然环境,不断努力。
公司现共有5套污水处理装置,设计处理能力5000立方米/天,2021年投入运行了5#(NBL)污水处理装置。废水主要成份是ABS胶乳、悬浮物、总氮等。公司采用国外先进的AO生化处理工艺,在生产部门和全体水处理员工的共同努力下,确保出水CODcr和NH3-N稳定达到《合成树脂工业污染物排放标准》(GB31572-2015)。
工艺过程中水质的改善方式
全面了解和测试生产区域发生废水情况
高浓度难降解废液厌氧生物处理
利用厌氧生物能分解高浓度废液特性,专门设置厌氧池来处理公司产生高浓度废液。
员工采取措施避免异常或高浓度物质进入水处理生化系统;对少量异常废水要求发生部门装桶送至废水现场,进行预处理后,再进入水处理系统,避免对废水生化系统的影响。
加强轮班分析和监测全天候掌握了解污水现场运行情况
水处理系统的中控数据和生化系统的菌种观察由当班人员负责检测,记录检测结果并及时通知白班人员,全面分析污水运行情况,从而使我们全天候掌握水处理运行情况。

空气洁净

低碳节能
在LG化学的支持下,LG甬兴引入了先进的温室气体和能源管理体系即(Green house gas and Energy Management)与清洁生产和合同能源管理相互结合,力求将温室气体和能源限制的风险最小化。
温室气体减排
在温室气体排放方面,公司每年通过GEMS对相关情况进行管理。所统计的温室气体排放量不仅包括生产工艺排放与移动车辆排放等直接排放,还包括电力和蒸汽购买等所产生的间接排放。在生产量不断增大的前提下,通过一系列节能改造项目,公司实现年温室气体排放减少30000t,相当于13000辆汽车一年的二氧化碳排放。
能源节约
在能源使用方面,LG甬兴每年都会制定使用计划,同时每月对实际使用情况进行监控,并对直接或间接的能源使用进行区分及管理。公司根据绿色经营方针制定了未来5年内的温室气体减排目标,并每年对减排成果进行监控。为了实现减排目标,公司一直积极开展各种工艺创新活动,各部门也认真进行了如何使用碳排放转化率低的替代能源的相关研究,通过ISO50001能源管理体系的建立,培养具有相应能力的能源管理员、计量员、体系审核员,实现了节能的体系化管理,并通过定期的内审和外审及内部课题制作发现节能机会,改善管理措施,为能源单耗持续下降奠定了基础。2018年,因开展节能减排活动的优秀成果,被评为浙江省绿色企业(清洁生产先进示范企业)。2020年,被评为浙江省节水型企业,宁波市绿色工厂。2021年,被评为浙江省绿色工厂,浙江省节水标杆。2023年,被评为国家级绿色工厂。

In terms of greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions, the company manages the situation through GEMS every year.The estimated GHG emissions include not only direct emissions from manufacturing processes and vehicles,but also indirect emissions from electricity and steam purchases.With the increasing of the production,and through series of energysavingreform project,ourcompanyhasreduced300o0 tons of GHG emission each year, which is equivalent to one year's carbon dioxide emission of 13000 cars.Therefore,we achievedpraisefromtheheadquarters and topleadersof ourcompany.
Energy Conservation

Interms of energy use,LGYongxing makes plans everyyear,supervises the actualusage of energy each month, and differentiates and manages direct or indirect energy use. 根据培训对象的不同,正道经营部门开展新入职员、生产职务初中高级晋升、事务职线上、现场职线下等多种形式的培训,同时每月面向全体员工开展图文宣传和答题活动。
举报调查
在发现员工违反正道经营或有不正之风时,可以通过网络、书信、E-mail等方法,不仅对违反正道经营的员工,而且对其他相关利害关系人都可以进行举报,正道经营部门检查相关人员、相关业务是否违反正道经营,从而对不正之风、不合理制度和业务流程等进行改善。
钱物申报
LG化学员工,无论任何理由,严格禁止从利害关系人那里收受金钱及款待,特别是红百礼金/礼品及其他个人礼物。不得已收受时需通过收受钱物申报制度进行申报,并予以退还。如果无法退还时,需通过公司内部拍卖,将所获得的拍卖金捐助给社会福利团体。
申报对象合作公司管理
对因特殊关系等原因可能存在不公平交易的合作公司进行注意,对管理基准规定的特殊关系合作公司进行申报,事前防止发生不当特惠等问题。 y
