锂电池四轴撕碎机是我司按意大利撕碎机优化改良设计的撕碎机；箱体四重密合设计，可充氮保护撕碎；
锂电池专用撕碎机是我司开发的专利产品（专利号：202122571709.5），可实现锂电池电芯及模组的快速粗碎形成片状物料。电气控制符合欧洲CE标准，进一步的提高整体安全环保等级；

烘干系统：

采用100-150°C进行破碎后电池原料中的电解液及其他有机物的烘干，电解液可进行冷凝回收，隔膜不被破坏，方便后续分选。

裂解系统：

采用低温裂解工艺，炉内温度在 450-600° C将破碎后电池原料中的有机物及其他杂质进行裂解，提高黑粉回收品质。

尾气处理系统：

采用催化燃烧及碱洗喷淋工艺，除去尾气中有害物质，活性炭净化空气达到排放标准。
