质量控制 QUALITY CONTROL
开发前评审会：有专业技术团队在开发前，进行可行性分析和风险 评估，对图纸进行详细分析，确定尺寸关键控制点，工艺设计方案策 划，以及制造过程工序方案的策划，进行模拟分析； Pre-development review meeting: the experienced engineers analyze possibility and risks,identifythekey dimension of control points when checking the drawing details, make the process design plan and production process plan in advance.
生产过程检验：包括蜡件检测、毛坏表面及尺寸检测、成分及机械性能检测、无损检测、加工过程中巡检和互检、包装前最终检测等；
Production process inspection:including wax parts inspection, raw casting surface and size inspection,self-inspection and mutual inspection during machining, final inspection before packaging, etc.
完善的检测设备：原辅材料检测设备，光谱分析仪，硬度、拉伸、冲击等性能检测设备，X射线机等无损检测设备，三坐标等高精度尺寸检测设备。
