ShandongExpressway LubeiSmartMaintenanceBase
该基地位于沾临高速滨城东收费站东侧匝道圈内，紧邻国道220和沾临高速，交通方便，业务范围向周边可以辐射到东营、德州、淄博、济南、沧州等市。整体占地约179.5亩。
通过“物联网+BIM”技术，实现对预制梁板从钢筋加工、模板安装、混凝土浇筑、智能蒸养、张拉压浆到吊装的全过程数字化管理。
采用工厂化及装配化的建设理念，通过流水线方式进行布局设计，最大限度地减少人工干预。梁板在各功能作业区域的移动主要通过智能移动台座完成，一键开合液压模板、混凝土一体化流水作业的施工模式，减少交叉作业，达到本质安全。
在占地范围内大面积安装光伏及储能设备，将太阳能转化为电能储存备用：梁场所用机械均采用具备充电功能的电动设备，从能源供给与使用两端发力，减少碳排放，引领行业绿色发展新潮流，为构建环境友好型社会贡献力量。

沥青路面就地 热再生工艺
Brief IntroductiontoAsphalt Pavement HotRecycling
沥青路面就地热再生技术是目前国际最先进的公路沥青路面预防性养护技术之一。施工时通过对路面进行加热使路面充分软化，加热翻松机对路面进行翻松、再撒布再生剂，保证再生效果。通过添加热沥青、新集料，新旧料复拌、烘干、摊铺、整平、压实等，一次成型新路面。
加热系统采用热风循环加热技术，无明火，烟尘污染较少。不会损坏井盖处管线，不存在引燃地下沼气或煤气的危险。与传统大中修相比，能够实现旧路面材料1 00% 利用，施工成本每平方米可节省21 .5% ，工期只有传统大中修的1/3。
自2018年，公司完成就地热再生项目共计约393万平方米，减少碳排放32029吨，节约标准煤13951吨。目前，公司已在济南至乐陵高速公路、G205山深线、呼和浩特市地铁1号线沿线道路等近40项省内外高速、国省道、市政等项目予以应用，取得积极社会反响。
