善园联合年报 2022IANNUAL REPORT

善园是宁波的城市慈善文化地标，是慈善文化主题公园，也是一座活化的慈善博物馆。善园位于宁波市鄞州区泰康西路399号，总面积16000余平米，园内有七幢中、西式小楼，可使用面积4000余平米。

宁波史称”义郡”，素有千年义乡之誉。“地方救济之事仰市井而成”，“善堂林立，如养老、育婴、医病、恤孤等诸义举，无不应有尽有”的慈风义俗，绵延不绝。近代以来，票尚义利并举的“宁波帮”人士，成为中国慈善事业的引领者。善园的前身，即是百年前“宁波帮”人物严康懋先生兴办的义学、义庄、义仓旧址。

2011年，感念严康懋先生的义善之举，在严家村村民和媒体记者的共同呼吁下，通过朱禹宝、王雅根、徐祖良、陈耀芳等数位人大代表、政协委员的倡议、推动，使行将拆毁的义学、义庄、义仓得以保留，重开华丽蜕变的新进程。善园项目自2017年6月扩建完成以来，成为集展示、体验、参与、服务、慈善文化倡导于一体，具游览、休闲、教化之功能的综合性志愿服务平台。善园聚焦于“急难救助”“慈善文化倡导”“影响力投资”三大公益慈善领域，以“进德修业弘道立人”为使命，以“善善与共天下大同”为愿景，秉承“守正出奇知行合一”的价值观，倡导人人慈善，号召民众一起行善，让行善成为每一公民的生活习惯！

2022年，是新冠疫情在神州大地肆虐的第三年。在这一年的365天里，有感到疲惫无助的时刻，但在更多的光阴里感受到的是欣慰与感动！善园公益平台作为地方民间慈善组织，每年能得到数百万计人次的拥与参与，每年能保持超亿元人民币善款的募集与拨付，芸芸众生的爱心善意，能通过善园得以释放、传递，普罗大众遇到急难之事，能因有善园而不致求告无门，这些已经足够我们引以为豪，且感恩莫名了。

善园公益平台承载着人们太多的希冀与期待。这份希冀与期待，足以让人感到不能承受之重。由此，我们深深地感恩来自善园这片土地上的文化之根和诚信之魂。优秀的传统文化是现代慈善事业之根。自古以来，儒家崇尚“仁爱、民本、大同、义利”，释家传播“慈悲、因缘、业报、功德”，道家弘扬“积德、劝善、承负、济世”。儒、释、道表述各异，但义理却近，倡导的是劝人为善、利他益己、福泽济世的价值观。一脉相承的慈善思想和文化风尚绵延至今，成为中华民族崇善尚义的文化纽带。

宁波人自古热衷慈善。“造桥铺路修凉亭”是普通宁波人尤其喜欢参与的慈善形式，城乡间遗存有诸多乡贤捐建的义庄、义田、义塾、义桥等，可资证见。近现代以来，宁波帮的仁人义士捐建的学校、医院、图书馆等社会公益机构在全国随处可见。浩渺星空上有以宁波籍慈善家名字命名的邵逸夫星、王宽诚星、李达三星、曹光彪星等小行星，近年来涌现的“顺其自然”“医者仁心”“感恩惜福”…..等众多的匿名捐款人，都是宁波----这座“千年义郡”“爱心之城”的一道亮丽的风景。

宁波人素来票尚诚信。“巧诈不如拙诚”是宁波地域文化的特色，古往今来，宁波城乡流传着众多以诚信立身传家的佳话。2022年，为弘扬宁波慈善文化、倡导人人慈善，我们牵头征集、整理了《大善文明一宁波慈善故事》一书，收纳了与宁波相关的善人善事故事百余篇，无论是成就辉煌的巨商大善，还是你我身边的凡夫俗子，尊信重诺是这些义善之人的基本特征。

善园公益平台长期专注于“急难救助、慈善文化倡导、影响力投资”三大领域，深耕不辍，笃行致远。2022年，我们继续苦练内功，健全制度建设，完善内部治理，筑牢风控堤坝，尤其注重在数字化改造、科技赋能、员工素质提升上下功夫，在提高平台公信力，为捐赠人、受助人提供优质服务上出成果。全年共组织开展公益活动数百场，募集善款达10971万元，支出善款为11116万元；新设立慈善信托三笔，共计2150万元，新增“一起行善”捐赠人建议基金用户7000多户；善园公益基金会通过AAAAA级社会组织复评，善园公益基金会获评浙江省优秀慈善组织，善园上榜由文化和旅游部全国公共文化发展中心、中国文化馆协会联合举办的“最受欢迎公共文化空间TOP50”榜单等。

慈善事业任重道远。在建设现代化国家的征程中，慈善事业将在促进社会正义、补充社会保障、协同社会治理、建设民间外交、塑造核心价值、保持社会创新、推动商业进化、提升家庭文明、履行公民责任、实现自我价值等方面发挥更重要的作用。

Peopleindistress arehelpedbecauseofShanyuan.Thisisenoughforus to feel proud and grateful.

Shanyuan carries toomanyhopes and expectations.Such hopes and expectationsareheavyenoughtomakeusfeeloverwhelmed.Therefore, wearedeeplygratefultotherootofcultureandthesoulofintegrityin this land.Excellent traditional culture is theroot of modern philanthropy. In China,Confucianismadvocates“benevolence，careforpeople,great harmony,justice”，Buddhism preaches“mercy，causality,karma，merit and virtue”，and Taoism encourages“accumulating virtue,persuading goodness,taking responsibility and helping the world".Although the expressionsare different,themeaningsare similar.Theyalladvocate the same values andurgepeople to dogood,be alruistic and help others. The consistentphilanthropicthoughtsandcultural trendshave continued to this day,becoming the cultural bond forthe Chinese nation to uphold goodness and justice.

根据《中华人民共和国慈善法》第三十九条规定慈善组织接受捐赠，捐赠人要求签订书面捐赠协议的，慈善组织应当与捐赠人签订书面捐赠协议。书面捐赠协议包括捐赠人和慈善组织名称，捐赠财产的种类、数量、质量、用途、交付时间等内容。

Article 39 of the Charity Law of thePeople's Republicof China:when a charity organization accepts a donation and awritten donationagreement isrequiredby thebenefactor, the charityorganization shall enter into a written donation agreementwith thebenefactor.Thewrittendonation agreement shall include thename of the benefactor,the name of the charity organization，and the type，quantity, quality, purpose, and time of the donation.

02 享受税收抵扣 Tax Credits

个人捐赠税务抵扣：根据《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》及财政部、税务总局发布的关于公益慈善事业捐赠个人所得税政策的公告，个人通过中华人民共和国境内公益性社会组织、县级以上人民政府及其部门等国家机关，向教育、扶贫、济困等公益慈善事业的捐赠（以下简称公益捐赠），发生的公益捐赠支出，可以按照个人所得税法有关规定在计算应纳税所得额时扣除。

企业捐赠税务抵扣：根据《中华人民共和国慈善法》第八十条和《企业所得税法》第九条规定，企业公益性捐赠支出，在年度利润总额 12% 以内的部分，准予在计算应纳税所得额时扣除。超过 12% 的部分，可在此后3年内计算应纳税所得额时扣除。

03 获取捐赠票据 Donation Receipts

根据《中华人民共和国慈善法》第四章第三十八条规定慈善组织接受捐赠，应当向捐赠人开具由财政部门统一监（印）制的捐赠票据。捐赠票据应当载明捐赠人、捐赠财产的种类及数量、慈善组织名称和经办人姓名、票据日期等。捐赠人匿名或者放弃接受捐赠票据的，慈善组织应当做好相关记录。

为了嘉奖和致谢捐赠人的爱心支持，善园为捐赠人准备了个性化的捐赠证书，您可以通过“善园网”“一起行善小程序”自助生成电子捐赠证书；为珍惜捐赠资源，考虑到制作成本和物流费用，我们仅为捐赠额5000元以上的捐赠人定制纸质捐赠证书。

公益活动优先参与权

根据不同的捐赠额度，善园捐赠人可以享有公益活动优先参与权，自行申请或受邀参加善园组织和开展的各类公益慈善活动。

善园场域使用权

大额捐赠人（年捐赠金额人民币5万元及以上）享有善园场域的优先使用权，需提前与行政服务中心预约，签订场地使用相关协议。

志愿服务证明

捐赠的同时，善园邀请您成为我们的注册志愿者，通过参与我们的志愿者活动体验知行合一的乐趣，或者选择成为善园的劝募官，发动身边的人和您一起关注社会议题，一起为受助人奉献一份爱心。劝人行善是最大的福德，您也可以带动更多的人，一起行善！

阳明心学所焕发的光芒深刻影响着中国乃至世界。党的十八大以来，习近平总书记多次在不同场合强调学习王阳明思想的重要性，善园公益平台秉承“守正出奇知行合一”的价值观，发起“阳明助学”项目，旨在弘扬宁波帮“崇学重教，富而思源”的优良传统，以期汇聚海内外宁波帮有识之士，共同助力教育事业发展。

善园公益平台的“阳明助学”源起重要捐赠人鄞州银行组织全体员工积极参与宁波市2007年“和谐宁波万人助学”活动和善园创始人严意娜2009年的甘肃支教实践。十余年来，平台已累计募集数千万元用于该项自，受助人群遍布全国，尤其是甘肃、云南、贵州、四川、吉林、湖南、新疆、西藏等欠发达地区。

2022年度，“阳明助学”项目共开展子项目4个，帮扶群体覆盖外来务工困境家庭学生、偏远地区学校等，帮扶涉及助学金/物资发放、公益研学、校区建设、科技教育和大学生支教等多个方面。

候鸟助飞

MigrantStudentAssistanceProgram

“候鸟助飞”项自旨在在生活和学业等方面为困境外来务工家庭的学龄儿童提供帮助，提升孩子们的文化道德素养，增加孩子们的城市归属感。本项目为外来务工子弟学校链接爱心企业慈善捐赠，动员企业员工参与对受助家庭进行入户访谈、公益活动等志愿服务，项目除了给予困境学生助学金和援助物资的发放，还为受助学生提供每年两次的外出研学机会。2022年度，“候鸟助飞”项目共收到捐赠超30万元，分别来自日出实业和顺圆物流有限公司两家企业，结对援助打工子弟学校4所，为75个困境学子及家庭提供了帮助。

“山校支援”项目通过支持偏远地区学校的基础设施建设，改善山区学校教学环境，同时为有需要的山区学校的学生提供学习、生活等方面的物资援助，以期降低受助地区的失学率。项目自2020年上线以来，已经完成“红花村小学校舍筹建”“泸活湖小学女生宿舍筹建”“皮林小学食堂援建”“坡妹镇学校课桌椅援助”“四川、湖南、云南、贵州、吉林多地学校校服援助”等多个援助项目。

善园携手“支教奶奶”周秀芳、“本恩根”等爱心助学团队，发起“一起行善助学公益联盟”，共同呼吁全社会对困境学子的支持与帮扶，助力共同富裕。2022年度，一起行善助学联盟立足多年在助学领域的影响力和号召力，发动鄞州区数十所学校和社会团队、爱心企业为宁波市东西部对口帮扶地区开展结对帮扶助学项目，在募集善款的同时，将公益慈善的种子播撒在参与捐赠的学子心中。

2022年度，“牵手寒门学子让梦扬帆起航”项目与鄞州区金融业协会、鄞州区女企业家联谊会一起，带动鄞州区26家金融企业与50余位女企业家共同为四川凉山州木里中学240名困境学子募集一对一助学资金48万余元。兴天下之利，莫大于兴学！

未来，善园公益平台将不断拓展“阳明助学项目”的服务内容与服务群体，精心壁画，分步实施，为更多爱心人士提供便利，以创新与专业的慈善服务，使善款达到以一当十的公益效用，传承宁波帮重视教育的传统美德，造福一方桑梓。

善园启动数字化提升路上，尝试在字节跳动公益平台创新使用视频形式向网友倡导慈善文化，呼吁爱心捐赠，在抖音发起了《大病患儿重获新生》项目，自3月项目发起到5月短短三个月间，累计有爱心网友49718583人次浏览，2396394人次点赞，收到捐赠2764960.27元，帮扶65名困境大病患者，让他们在疫情和疾病面前坚持走下去，看到战胜病魔的曙光。最给人正能量的是抖音用户的一条条留言鼓励，让饱受病魔折磨的求助人重拾起对生活的信心，也让爱心捐赠人士体验到慈善的意义。

Ontheroad todigitalization,Shanyuan tried topromote philanthropic cultureandappealfor charitabledonations ontheplatformof Bytedance (China)CSR by posting videos and launched the"Seriously Il Children Reborn" program on Douyin.From itslaunch in March to May, in just three months, the program received 49,718,583 pageviews,2,396,394 thumb-ups,and \yen2,764,960.27 of donations from caring netizens,which helped65 seriouslyill patients,making them keep fighting the epidemic and illness and see the dawn of overcomingillness.What gave people the most positive energy were the messages of encouragement fromDouyin users,whichmade those suffering from illness regain their confidence in life and made caring benefactors feelthe meaning of philanthropy.

单亲妈妈赋能计划 SingleMotherEmpowermentProgram

善园公益平台携手宁海妇联发起“单亲妈妈赋能计划”，为身处困境的单亲妈妈群体开展为期半年的专业技能与兴趣发展培训课程，同时组建互助小组，通过交流与互动，帮助受助的单亲母亲走出困境，舒缓心理压力。2022年，项自共开展赋能课程20次，为8位妈妈提供了生活与职业帮扶。

2022年，善园与青年电影制作团队合作筹备拍摄公益微电影《小丽和爷爷》，聚焦留守儿童生活困境，唤起公众对留守儿童群体生活状况的关注，倡导更多社会爱心人士共同守护留守儿童成长。2022年度，项目共募集资金136900元，影片前期拍摄已经全部完成，目前进入后期制作期。

In 2022, Shanyuan worked with a young movie production team to make a public-interest micro movie called "Xiaoli and Grandpa", whichfocusesontheplightof childrenleftbehind,trying toarousethe publi's atfention to their living conditions and call on more caring people tojointly protect their growth.In 2022,￥136,900was raised for the project.Movie shootinghasbeen completed and it isnowin the post-production stage.

特殊群体救助 SpecialgroupsRelief

项目由通商公益慈善基金捐助开展，借助智能家电厨具，提升心智障碍青年的自主生活能力，2022年度，项目共开展活动12次，项目帮助心智障碍青年变身大厨，与来自宁波公交集团、建设银行等企业员工一起，共烹美食，为防疫人员送清凉，传递温暖与爱意。目前，项目资金共支出182363.29元，项目惠及十余个大龄心智障碍青年及家庭。项目成功地帮助心青年们提升了做饭的技能，改善了心青年们与社会的融合状况。

Donated by Ningbo Commerce Bank CharityFund,the program uses intelligent kitchen appliances to improve mentally disabledyoung people'sabilitytoliveindependently \ensuremath{In}2022 the program carriedout 12 sessions,helped mentally disabled young people cook with employees of NingboPublicTransport Group and China Construction Bank，relieving summer heat for pandemic controlvolunteers and delivering warmth and love.At present, a total of Y182,363.29 has been spent on this program， benefiting more than 10 mentally disabled young people and their families.The program successfully helped mentallydisabled young peopleimprove their cooking skills and social integration.

2022年度，善园公益平台继续开展“山海有情，甬凉同行”项目，为四川凉山彝族自治州多方动员社会慈善资源，发起执行助学、助困、教学环境改善、农产品促销等帮扶项目30多个，共筹集拨付善款超400余万元，项目惠及木里、盐源、喜德、越西、甘洛五个县区。

2022年度，善园共开展中华传统节日主题游园会3场，开展各类公益活动、公益课堂一百余场，数千个家庭在善园阖家参与了善园组织的各类活动，感受中华传统节日氛围，了解慈善文化，参与公益活动，展现了鄞州千年义乡风采，为人人慈善标杆区建设贡献了善园力量。

“城市温度·公共钢琴”项目旨在营造良好的城市文化氛围，提升宁波“音乐之城”的文化品味，倡导“艺术改变生活”的公益理念。截至2022年底，已有23架公共钢琴落地宁波23处城市文化地标、机场、火车站、地铁站、医院、大型商场、行政服务中心等各大公共场所。2022年，公共钢琴项目新增了带梦胡同、海曙印象城和宁波市老年大学大厅三个站点，新拓展了宁波外事学校、宁波老年大学两支志愿服务队。公共钢琴项目启动三年来，虽然受疫情影响项目运行面临不少困难，但在千余位志愿者团队和善园公益团队的努力下，仍开展了各类公益文化活动数百场，公共钢琴也得到了很好的维护和保养，让公共钢琴的琴声持续在甬城街头奏响。7月，由申江控股爱心支持、宁波籍旅美青年钢琴家蒋出演的“奏响中西鸣唤耳畔”公共钢琴独奏音乐会在宁波大剧院隆重登场，“钢琴奶奶”莫志蔚出席了这次音乐会，两人四手连弹，共奏慈善之音，继续用音乐传递这座城的善与美。

"UrbanTemperature * Public Piano”Program aims to createa good urban cultural atmosphere，advocate the public service idea that“art changes life”.As of the end of 2022,23 public pianos were installed in 23 public places in Ningbo, such as urban cultural landmarks，the airport,the railway station，metro stations,hospitals,large shopping mallshe administrative service center and so on.In 2022,the Public PianoProgram added three newlocations atDEMOHOOD,Haishu INCITY,Ningbo University for Senior Citizens,and developed two newvolunteer teams at NingboForeign Affairs School and NingboUniversity for Senior Citizens. In July, a public piano recital “Eastern and Western MusicPlayed by Your Ears" sponsored by Shenjiang Holdings and performed by Jiang Yun, a young Ningbo pianist in the United States, was staged in Ningbo Grand Theatre."Piano Grandma" Mo Zhiwei attended the recital. The two played themusic of philanthropy together,continuing to convey thekindness and beauty of the city through music.

2018年，宁波善园提议在东南区域规划、整修总长数百公里的“东钱湖国际毅行步道”，得到党委、政府的高度认同和支持。至2020年底，以东钱湖镇域为主，穿行东吴镇、横溪镇区域，已完成建设标马、半马、微马及超马标准的健身、竞赛步道525公里，命名为“千里云道”，并成功举行“善行钱湖”“东钱湖国际马拉松”等数场全民参与的徒步、马拉松赛事。

公益路亭项目旨在弘扬中华传统文化，以文化建设带动乡村产业兴旺，城乡融合发展，推动乡村振兴，倡导文化自信，实现乡村精神共富与物质共富之目标。

东钱湖素有“西湖风光，太湖气魄”之美誉，公益路亭项目计划通过公益众筹方式，广聚社会各界善心捐赠，沿东钱湖千里云道打造一处行动中的山水路亭楹联博物馆，传承修桥铺路造亭的传统慈善文化，发掘与弘扬中国传统亭桥古建与书法楹联之美。2021年，公益路亭首期四亭、二桥、一牌坊竣工落成，亭桥牌坊均按旧时形制，以精美的古旧石雕构件为材料重建而成，路亭沿山势而上，掩映于自然山水之间，充分彰显了浙东古商道之人文传承之美。

2022年，善园联合中国楹联协会、德泉国学书院共同向海内外楹联名家邀约征稿，共收到全国60余位楹联爱好者的投稿共计180余副，最终为首期路亭定稿楹联、匾额作品共计24副，均出自国内楹联名家之手。11月，善园在宁波市文联、宁波市艺术发展基金的大力支持下，向陈启元、贺圣思、宋汉光等20余位角上名家发起邀约，完成了31副楹联、匾额、亭、桥、坊名的题写。公益路亭项目通过与政府文化部门、楹联家、书法家、媒体、阳明文化促进会、范钦文化研究会等各利益相关方的沟通，汇聚了社会慈善资源，彰显了公益路亭项目的影响力和文化内涵。

In 2018, Shanyuan proposed to plan and build ahundreds of kilometers long Dongqian LakeInternational Walking Trail in the southeast of Yinzhou.The proposal was agreed and supported by the Party Commiftee and the government.At the end of 2020, the “1,000-Li Cloud Trail", a 525k m fitness and competition trail for standard marathon,half marathon,mini marathon,ultramarathon races around Dongqianhu Town and across Dongwu Town and Hengxi town, was completed. "Charitable Hike at Dongqian Lake”，“Dongqian Lake International Marathon”and other hiking and marathon events participated by all were successfully held on the trail.

In 2020,Yinzhou Bank Foundation initiated Dongqian Lake Public Pavilion Project. And Ningbo Shanyuan Foundation was responsible for its fundraising and implementation.

In 2021,four pavilions, two bridges and one archway in Phase One of the Public PavilionProjectwere completed，whichareallbuilt inancient styleswith exquisiteold carved stone components, scatfered along the mountain and hidden in the natural landscape,fully demonstrating thebeauty in the cultural heritage of ancient trade paths in east Zhejiang.

In 2022, Shanyuan, together with the Chinese Couplet Association and Dequan Academy ofChinese Studies,solicited contributions fromfamous coupletists at home and abroad.More than180 couplets were submitted by more than 60 coupletists fromalloverChina.Intheend,24coupletswithhorizontalinscriptionsbyfamous domestic coupletists were chosen for the public pavilions in Phase One.In November,with the strong supportof NingboFederation of Literary andArtCircles and Ningbo Art Development Fund, Shanyuan invited more than 20 Ningbo calligraphers such as Chen Qiyuan,He Shengsi and Song Hanguang,oinscribe the24coupletswithhorizontalinscriptions,andthenamesof thefourpavilionswo bridges and one archway.

《大善文明·宁波慈善故事》作者分享会

2022年底，在宁波市委宣传部、文明办、市民政局、市文联、市地方志办公室、市慈善总会、市老年大学、宁波出版社、宁波帮博物馆等单位和领导的大力支持下，《大善文明—宁波慈善故事》出版。《大善文明—宁波慈善故事》项目于2021年初在善园公益基金会立项启动，经过善园志愿者原宁波市总工会吴秀华副主席，《大善文明—宁波慈善故事》主编周静书先生近两年的辛勤工作，从数百篇征文中精选136篇文章，最终凝练成106篇精品慈善故事，真实生动地讲述了106位古往今来的宁波慈善人物的善行义举。全书共分为“至善义举、善源流长、善风常盛、倾城之爱”四个部分，从善人、善行、善事视角，全方位、立体式地呈现了宁波城市的义善风尚。《大善文明—宁波慈善故事》获评宁波市文联和鄞州区委宣传部、区文联2022年文艺创作重点项目和文艺精品创作项目。

为营造良好的城市道德文明风尚，2022年，宁波市善园公益基金会联合华茂教育基金会、福娃口腔公益慈善基金、李物大自然保护专项基金在全城20个地铁站点投放为期一个月的公益广告，内容涉及特殊儿童帮扶、慈善文化倡导、AED急救、特殊群体关爱等，通过线下宣传，让更多人参与公益、了解公益，号召广大市民一起行善，支持公益。

2014年，中国汉字棋面世于历史文化名城宁波，“汉字棋”经汉字连缀成词的学理与智力运动的弈理融为一体，以提高少年儿童汉语应用能力为宗旨，被多位专家学者誉为汉语寓教于乐的重大创新，为智力运动赋予了一种新的价值和意义。

2022年，汉字棋一是举办了首届五大洲华裔青少年中国汉字棋联谊赛、全国民族地区汉字棋联谊赛、宁波市“喜迎二十大童心向党”中国汉字棋大赛等赛事，赢得了各级政府部门的充分肯定。二是推进汉字棋市场开发，发挥App软件平台优势，举办全国少儿中国汉字棋线上运动会，完善网上销售功能，建立省级汉字棋运动员和教练员等级制度，使汉字棋市场成效进一步提升。三是“文化四棋”逐一亮相，夯实了宁波市华文汉字应用研究院的文化内涵，四棋受到市场的认可。全年共组织开展线上线下比赛16场次，3000人次。

“新民基金”是由浙江大学海内外众校友在“一起行善”慈善公益平台发起成立的团体慈善基金账户。目前，基金已募集善款145036.78元，并支出10万元用于设立“新民慈善信托”，信托支持方向是为青年职业发展提供优质的教育机会，以及其他符合《慈善法》活动规定的公益活动。“新民慈善信托”由方向信托股份公司负责管理。后续，基金将继续向浙江大学校友、亲友、及各社会各界团体、公司等募集运作资金。

“新鑫爱心公益基金”是由爱心企业家励佩燕女士创立的宁波新鑫玻璃科技有限公司在善园公益基金会“一起行善”公益慈善平台设立的企业爱心公益基金。基金设立的宗旨为引导企业各利益相关方热心参与公益慈善活动，建立乐善、行善、劝善的良好氛围，组织和开展适合企业参与的公益慈善活动，践行企业社会责任，助力共同富裕大计。2022年10月28日，新鑫爱心公益基金捐资“理想技术人才助学金”项目签约仪式在善园举行，向理想公益捐赠善款六万元用于为贵州毕节职业技术学院10名来自偏远山区、品学兼优的理想学子提供精准帮扶，解决他们2023年1月至2023年12月的生活费和学费，通过经济帮扶与精神扶助相结合的方式，让这些困境学子感受到社会的温暖、企业的爱心、同袍的真情，帮助他们缓解生活困难，奋发向上，努力实现自己的人生理想，探索更多自身可能。

2022年6月，宁波顺圆物流有限公司的几位爱心人士在善园“一起行善”公益慈善平台组建顺圆公益基金，用于开展助学、帮困等公益项目。基金设立的宗旨为打造有爱心、同理心的文化氛围，奉献爱心，济困助学，共同帮助需要关爱的孩子和需要帮助的人，建立乐善、行善、绵延福报的接力组织。2022年度，顺圆公益基金先后对接了五乡镇贵玉小学、东吴镇中心小学、奉化班溪小学、象山石浦高塘小学等学校，29名身处困境的学生家庭，给予其助学金及学习用品的发放，共计支出善款23700元。基金通过实地走访，考察，用心关注外来务工家庭的生活情况，帮助缓解受助家庭面临的困境，让外来务工家庭及其子女感受到来自社会爱心人士的温暖，帮助他们更好地融入社会，让孩子能奋发图强，日后反哺于社会。

医者仁心专项基金为效实中学校友于2020年疫情期间在宁波市善园公益基金会设立，基金旨在推进国家医疗队伍建设，壮大医疗人才储备，倡导优秀人才进入医学领域，提高学生对医学事业的热爱，激发优秀学生立志学医的理想抱负，勇于承担社会责任，踊跃报考医学院校，献身国家医学事业。2021年，第一届“否林”奖学金颁奖仪式，为效实中学的43名优秀毕业生发放每奖学金，共计86860元。2022年度，基金为效实中学的47名考取医科大学的优秀学生发放奖学金94940元。

本项目由镇海农商银行发起的关爱镇海困境老人的新年暖心礼包活动，连续七年，镇海农商银行采购800份新年礼包，送给镇海区的困境老人和困境家庭。本项目由镇海农商银行公益基金支出137120元。

翻山越岭为爱“童”行项目

本项目由鄞州团区委东西部协助打造的重点品牌，目前已累计开展五年，累计为对口帮扶地区提供各类物资、资金超百万元。为进一步深化东西部协助，鄞州团区委在2022年专题开展鄞木微心愿圆梦项目，关爱木里县经济困难学生，号召社会各界爱心人士为当地的贫困学生提供助学、助困的帮扶。发布微心愿261个，已完成152个。共筹集善款48241元。

2022年，世界营商环境的不确定性加剧，在应对气候挑战、ESG投资热潮的双向驱动下，上市公司和头部企业纷纷将企业社会责任纳入企业发展的战略中，双碳、ESG、可持续发展等议题被越来越多的企业关注和重视。

企业社会责任(CorporateSocialResponsibility,简称CSR)是指企业在创造利润，对股东和员工承担法律责任的同时，还要承担对消费者、社区和环境的责任，企业的社会责任要求企业超越把利润作为唯一目标的传统理念，强调企业对人的价值的关注和对环境、消费者，对社会的贡献。世界企业永续发展协会（WBCSD)认为，企业社会责任是“企业承诺持续遵守道德规范，为经济发展做出贡献，并且改善员工及其家庭、当地整体社区、社会的生活品质”。

ESG是环境（Environment）、社会(Social)和公司治理(Gover-nance)三个英文单词的首字母缩写，其主要针对企业的环境责任、社会责任、企业治理三方面表现进行评价。不同于传统的财务和业务绩效评价，ESG是资本市场中衡量上市公司是否具备足够社会责任感的重要标准，兼顾投资收益与社会责任，追求可持续发展。受企业所在的各行业性质、地域差异影响，企业面临的ESG议题各不相同。目前，ESG理念越发成为投资者和企业在资本配置、战略规划以及投资决策时关注的重点。

早在2011年，鄞州银行公益基金会即应《鄞州银行企业社会责任报告》之要求而设立，并在十余年间为众多企业设立企业专项基金，服务企业长期慈善公益项目规划与需求，在企业社会企业责任服务咨询方面积累了丰富的经验。

善园公益慈善平台立足自身在慈善公益领域的探索与实践，坚持赋能希望在慈善公益领域有所建树的企业和企业家，于2018年孵化浙江聪园健齿基金会基础上，在2022年又成功孵化了浙江省厚植公益基金会和丽水市侨益公益基金会两家基金会，赋能浙江新隆慈善基金会，其中厚植公益基金会注册资金400万元，专注扶贫济困，救灾赈灾等公益领域。侨益公益基金会注册资金400万元，服务扶老、助医、助学、济困、助残和环境保护等领域的公益事业发展，新隆慈善基金会由新隆控股董事长金海良与总裁金鑫捐赠500万元设立，致力于公益助学、乡村振兴、绿色降炭、医疗救助等领域。
